It's a very versatile tool. It's very easy to create a functional data model and then review the customer's 360 vision. It even manages events in RT and even loads events from other platforms while maintaining the original timestamp. Segments/subsegments allow you to create audiences without overlaps. When it comes to activation, there are numerous ways to design the user journey. It's highly versatile, as it doesn't have to be tied to a linear cycle; instead, you can interconnect any node you want with nodes that have occurred previously. If you want something more sophisticated, you can even develop small snippets to make the task easier and automate it. In addition to being able to manage multiple channels, there's also the option to include your own webhooks. The only drawback I find is that, for media, the process is very tedious if you have to manage many audiences; the tool clearly isn't focused on this channel. During testing, the tool allows you to clearly visualize user drops, making end-to-end QA very easy. Regarding analytics, it allows you to reuse templates across activation channels, making it very easy to understand the results of a use case.
