They do an excellent job of interpreting our business needs and/or business problems and coming back with a solution. They take a problem and come back with a Blue Yonder solution-- it's very much appreciated.
Flexibility, Strong Support, Responsive
Forecasting is much improved over prior system and out of stocks are down 30 to 40% and excess inventory is also down depending on category. Solution is easy to use
The inability to run order proposals manually at any given time is my biggest gripe. I also think that reporting in the UI leaves a lot to be desired.
Missing real time re-planning capabilities
1) We've had some edge cases that the system can't solve and we've had to update code to leverage the legacy internal solution that existed prior 2) Even though the pattern has existed for years, some Holidays are getting identified with the proper strength in some locations thus impacting sales.
