I love about being able to recognize and be recognized and be able to get a gift card after so many points.
It's easy to use and fun
It allows employees at every level to recognize peers in real time, enabling a continuous culture of appreciation and the recipient has the flexibility to choose an award that suits them.
I wish they had more GIF's, the other thing I dislike is more company related on the set up/limits.
