I love about being able to recognize and be recognized and be able to get a gift card after so many points.
It's easy to use and fun
The filtering functionality needs improvement, it can be difficult to find past recognitions or specific colleagues.
I wish they had more GIF's, the other thing I dislike is more company related on the set up/limits.
