Brandfolder allows me to 1) find exactly what I need without having to first go through the Brand team at my company. 2) It therefore removes communication bottlenecks. 3) It allows me to export brand assets in a variety of formats according to my needs.
UI, Collections are nice
The integration with Smartsheet, the proofing it provides on the Smartsheet side and the organisation of assets within Brandfolder
I think while the product is great at what it does, it 1) has limited use cases, 2) has been slow to adopt AI (some great Gen AI use cases to use an agent to help lead you to the exact brand asset you're looking for) and 3) search can be a little imprecise and yield too few or too many results.
Was misled on some capabilities like templating (not great), feedback/reviews (not good)
The internal proofing to Brandfolder; however, the proofing provided by Smartsheet is sufficient
