The ease of use is a big highlight for this tool.

The best thing about Brandfolder is their customer service. They are so quick to respond with any question, feature request, tweaks, suggestions, and feedback. They have been so helpful at every step of the process of deployment, setup, training, and ongoing support. I also love the interface it's really easy to find the assets you are looking for. They also let you download assets in various formats, cropping, and sharing. It's easy to connect files into a single asset so you can keep assets that are similar together.

Brandfolder has revolutionised the way we work and collaborate. The sharing and collaboration is one of the key features. The ability to search for images and group the duplicates works smartly and very efficiently. Defining the access levels during the file sharing helps the user to define collaborators activity.

the UI is a bit dated but otherwise good.

There are features that still could be added. Some of the user levels are limiting for viewing analytics, and upload permissions. They are continuing to add features which is great but they are still needed. I wish you could compress images during download.

Searching for the images and files can be made a lot more easier and faster. The structure of the folders and the tag can be made more intelligent than a method with AI and logic. No notification is send to the collaborators when new content is pushed to Brandfolder.

We switched to Brandfolder from Canto two years ago and it has been amazing. They UX and UI is amazing and very responsive. There are alot of features for all levels of users. The way you can organize, tag, sort, share, template, crop, view analytics, group assets is so intuitive. The interface is easy to understand and great to find the assets you are looking for quickly. They have a built in CDN so you can easily send images to your easily. The templating feature is by far the best. You can design a piece in Indesign and then pick which elements can be editable. It is easy to setup and tweak. It's awesome to be able to let users in our organization to edit design pieces on demand and on brand. It is all done in a web browser.

Our marketing team uses Brandfolder to store all the marketing stuff like brand manuals, logos, articles, brochures etc. It acts as a huge repository. acts as a one stop solution. With easy sharing Brandfolder opens up new possibilities. The AI tagging feature while uploading the photos is worth mentioning. It easily finds duplicates and groups them thus making the users life easier.
