It's very convenient to be able to create a virtual card for an expense category and pay with the Brex virtual card rather than out of pocket
seems easy enough to navigate; user management seems fairly automated
It's easy to track expenses and card management, it's very intuitive and quick. The system can scan documents and automatically fill in the corresponding values.
It can be complex to manage many expense limits, there isn't as much flexibility with exceptions. Sometimes auto-fill from receipt image doesn't work properly and requires one to manually fill it in afterwards
The integration setup between HRIS and Brex was clunky
Some features seem restrictive. Particularly the limited ability to handle or edit past expenses once a fiscal year is closed.
