The information provided to us in regards to our mobile environment effectively allows us to monitor for needed changes and alterations to our mobile plans. Brightfin also has a fantastic portal in which we can logon to to allow our administrators to make changes to our users lines, order new equipment, upgrade equipment, and make many other support requests. Mobility Solutions working together
We have been using brighfin Telecom for a couple of years now. Using them as a vendor to help with the corporate cell phones is a tremendous help to me as they now take care of the issues that our users have which allows me more time to focus on other projects. Any issues at first were easily worked thru which is normal when handing over the reigns. It is a call or ticket process which is like so many other helpdesks today and is good for tracking purposes. They also maintain the monthly plans which has saved our company money. It is great to go to one source for issues and ordering and know that it will be handled and that our users have a knowledgeable source to help them.
