The customized approach with which they tackle CLM is not a plus, it is a necessity in our line of business. As much as we'd love to standardize, there is no one size fits all, One Source continually reviews and proposes new and inventive ways to handle our incredibly large variety of needs.
Initially loved having a singular point of contact, but services received and quality have taken a nosedive.
They're able to submit multiple solutions for new offices, handle disputes when ISPs don't honor dates, and handle all billing. They're truly a one stop shop for all our Communication management.
Speed of onboarding and implementation. Initial scope of work on projects (not as detailed as I would prefer). Cascading of information (internally at One Source - example a policy change or staffing change)
The accuracy of telecom information managed by OneSource has been poor. Consistently experience billing issues, order delays, incorrect orders submitted/processed, provider late fees, accounts sent to collections, and tickets/orders need numerous follow-ups.
The turn around time to get a new service can be a little long, but once you realize the process you're able to work with them better. Outside of that, we haven't had any major issues with them and have nothing but high praises for them.
