Simplicity of use.
The biggest strength of using BrightLocal was being able to offer a new service to our clients. It was pretty straight-forward to use as well.
Citation building and reputation management and their software has a lot of great tools that can be used to analyse and find the right set of outcomes based on your business, they have a pretty great usability to be done on the software that is provided. Their support is also very amazing related to any enquiry or questions that one may have.
We have noticed that the platform has slowed down over time, and each audit now takes about twice as long (if not longer) to complete.
I don't know if it was because of being on a lower-tier but everything we did was manual. There wasn't an option for us to update a bunch of directories at once, which made things difficult when we had multiple accounts to update.
Since the tools have a lot of functionality, it would be better to have indepth tutorials or specific references that could be helpful for a new individual to get a hold of the platform. Also would love to have beginners journey where a non marketeer can also learn about these functionalities and features
