The alerting system is reliable and helps reduce manual monitoring effort, while the interface is intuitive and easy to navigate.
The product seems to have potential, but they clearly don't have the technical and support infrastructure to do what they claim they can do.
What I like most about this platform is how customizable it can be. With light development work, you can customize the platform for all your business needs from categories to design. I appreciate the ease of use, for the most part, being able to find and use the functions that matter. Speed of publishing is great.
There is room for improvement in the granularity of analytics and flexibility of reporting particularly when comparing trends over time or segmenting feedback by category.
The integration, while for one short stint seemed to function as designed, is unstable. Service/support is severely lacking. I have hundreds of healthcare provider listings where change is constant and need a business listings vendor that can integrate/automate updates and while Yext claimed they could support my needs they have completely fallen flat. Very disappointed.
The main issues or weaknesses step around reporting, it is very robust but can be time consuming and very technical to setup. I find the reporting dashboard could be improved for better usability. In some instances, additional features require different products. Ai integration could be improved.

I wish I never transitioned to Yext. My previous business listings vendor was by far the lesser of bad. Very, very lengthy implementation. Once transitioned from implementation to support the support team had/has a complete lack of familiarity with my configuration and has now multiple times "blown it up" so that none of my hundreds of listings have been updated for four months and counting.
