I wish I never transitioned to Yext. My previous business listings vendor was by far the lesser of bad. Very, very lengthy implementation. Once transitioned from implementation to support the support team had/has a complete lack of familiarity with my configuration and has now multiple times "blown it up" so that none of my hundreds of listings have been updated for four months and counting. While my sales rep and [2nd] account manager are nice, nothing gets accomplished. I've been at this 1.5yrs and nothing is easy, let alone functional.
