Builder.io has genuinely changed how our marketing and engineering teams collaborate on digital experiences. Before adopting the platform, every content update required a developer ticket, a review cycle and days of delay. Currently, our content team ships page updates and new sections independently. The initial setup was more demanding than expected; we underestimated the effort required to wire our component library and establish proper governance. Once we got past that hump, day-to-day operations became significantly faster. The AI capabilities continue to improve with each release.
