The product allows for not only the process mapping functionality, but the capture of associated metadata and risk identifiers.
Serves the purpose for simple models that end users need.
Drawing process maps used to take hours but now it takes a fraction of the time. It is easy to keep maps tidy and presentable. The tasks I am now carrying out would be incredibly difficult without Businessoptix. I particularly like the way you can map a current process and a future iteration of a process within the same map and toggle between them. Stakeholders have been very impressed by this feature and the product overall when used in workshops. The process metrics feature seems incredibly powerful and I am looking forward to continuing to learn how to use it to its full extent. I have focused on process mapping in this review but this tool does so much more. New features are constantly being added, which is very exciting!
I wish I could customize the outputs more - layout, what metadata is included, etc.
There is no rhyme or reason to how lines are applied to connect components and they frequently float, disappear or line text moves around or is lost.
I wish it was easier to adjust color schemes and colors of objects. It can be a little hard to keep up to date with all the new features and tools that are added to the service.

The rep is great to work with, always very helpful so this is not a reflection of his service. The platform can be clunky to use, lines move on their own when opening models, are not consistently applied when added, it loses data such as roles, activity type and it tends to be slow in the afternoon. Data is frequently lost in larger models or models embedded within other models. Decent process modeling tool, could use some enhancements to reduce manual work

Great communication. Businessoptix are quick to respond to queries, they have a wealth of documentation and videos available to help me use their tool.
