The way we can maintain running processes. It is straightforward, if anything goes wrong. It really helps us orchestrating everything

The best thing I liked about overall product it they have good learning platform, very simple design of UI so I can understand it way fast and it has good capability to get integrate with other tool so I can manage my work accordingly.

Extensive libraries, well designed database architecture, supporting customisation, open source nature which enables code examination during development .

It is a hard job to upgrade versions. It is difficult to clean up the old data. Erasing GDPR in old data is impossible.

Comparing to other tool I am getting better feature in same rang of cost. It has very basic functionality. The learning video which they have are very slow, so it fell really boring at one point.

Frontends can be improved, Tasklist features can be improved, archiving structure can be improved
