Canva Enterprise Likes & Dislikes
1. I love the simple UI, unlike other design tools that require some kind of training, this tool is so simple that spending even an hour on it allows you to run it like a pro. No hidden features, no complicated tools- Just a simple decent UI. 2. Another good thing is the vast variety of templates, assets, illustrations, images, videos, icons all available in one place everything is already inside. 3. The feature of adding multiple brand kits is what really amazes me. Again, it's a paid feature, but a wonderful one. For example, we have 4 clients and I can change the branding as per the client's brand, with just that you get your added logo, specific assets, fonts, colors and so much more in one place. 4. Despite being a paid tool, it is not at all expensive and them providing it for free to students is such a great initiative. During college days it was my literal savior for group projects and those last moment ppt's.
Easy to navigate and have teams navigate - intuitive in that sense.
What I like most about Canva is how easy and efficient it makes everyday design work. A few standout features for me are: 1. Simple Interface - it's very easy to use and navigate even for non designers and beginners. 2. Ready Templates - (Favourite Feature!) saves a lot of time when creating social media posts and presentations. 3. Team Collaboration - multiple people can edit, comment and share feedback easily. 4. Brand Kits - this helps maintain consistency across all designs without a lot of effort. 5. Speed - super quick to create and export content, that too in multiple formats without slowing down the workflow.
Their customer service is a bit disappointing, their replies are not quick and resolutions are not up to the mark. Once I just randomly lost my whole date and customer service had no solution for the problem and I needed to send many mails and a very long follow up to get things done. Another problem is that it glitches a lot, a few features just stop showing up once and then appear by itself, this happens a lot with the especially the AI voice tool, it just disappears and appears as per the tool choice. Lastly, since the data deletion issue I do have doubts about their data safety and am not sure about my data security.
Too many templates, allows you to begin too many products by ipening excessive windows and then you need to go back and collapse them, hoping you remember which one you used.
A few things could definitely be improved: 1. Limited flexibility for detailed design - for more precise layouts, typography control or complex compositions, it can feel a bit restrictive. This is especially true when you're trying to match exact design intent or work on more refined outputs. 2. File organisation at scale - once you have a lot of designs and folders, searches can get slightly messy and harder to manage. This slows things down when teams are trying to find or reuse past work. 3. Performance with heavy files - designs with many elements or large files can sometimes slow down or lag, particularly during editing, which can interrupt the overall workflow experience.

Extensive Design Capabilities Make Canva Suitable for Beginners and Professionals Alike
Canva is a great tool for instant design and gives access to many types if design work, including editing, creating mockups, a bit of UI, website design, making a presentation, and much more. I started using Canva 8 years back, and trust me, it has been a lifesaver for instant design ideas. It offers a huge library of templates in almost every size (you can even customize or choose from pre-made sizes), and the best part is that even the free version allows you to explore many tools and understand the platform before opting for the paid version Besides this, its integration with many other platforms is very useful, such as access to images from Unsplash, an AI voice tool, and AI image creation. Navigating the software is mostly easy, though it does act up sometimes. For a beginner who is getting into design or needs some quick work, this is the best platform I have ever come across. Collaboration on Canva is also very easy. All you have to do is give access through a link, and the whole team can collaborate and access designs in real time (this really helped me during college time my group projects became so easy because of Canva). You can see real-time updates made by others and vice-versa. One of the best features in resizing being a designer we need the same design in different designs and this feature works wonders for that though earlier it was free but now this comes in the paid version. Another great part is that you can use Canva on any device. While a computer gives more control but you can have access to your data and designs on a phone. Adding a brand kit is another mind-blowing feature as it helps make work faster and smoother. Simply choose your brand kit and all your brand info is there, you don't have to run through the library and it is so helpful that one click and you can change a template design into your brand colors. For someone who is a beginner or doesn't know much about design but still wants to create designs, this tool is truly mind-blowing. - Senior Executive<50M USDServices (non-Government)Review Source
Ease Of Use And Speed Highlight Canva, Organization And Performance Can Improve
My experience with Canva has been really great. It's simple to use and easy for teams to pick up even if they don't come from a design background. It has made our day-to-day work much faster, especially for things like social media, presentations and quick visual content. I love how smooth the collaboration part is. Be it sharing or editing, maintaining consistency across designs is quite straightforward. While it may not have the depth needed for a very detailed design work, for most of our regular needs it works really well and is also quite reliable. - Associate Director Of Special ProjectsGov't/PS/EdEducationReview Source
