I struggled with the pace of the expansion and felt it moved too quickly, which led to a significant amount of clean up during and afterwards. Throughout the process, I did not feel that my concerns were fully heard by the transition team. In contrast, the business and delivery teams were much more receptive and understanding and did what they could with the challenges I raised. However, it often felt that the transition team ultimately overrode a lot of these requests, which made it feel like less of a partnership.
