They have global experience in the services which means that we have good reach to technical expertise if there are any functional or technical challenges.
They are highly responsive and have a strong governance cadence. Leadership support is very good.
Load Time, File Storage Space(RAM Fn), low IA reference benchmakring feasibility. IA Compatibility, user generation, feed input and Microsoft compatibility with the entire suite of products to be used for general IA purposes. Overall, the product does a lot for us so it is hard to find many pain points when we don't naturally come across .
Too much oriented to bill the hours and not so much customer service minded. Every step will cost the customer also the resources are not likely to have knowledge about the contract which means that there could be issues in contractual planning vs initial planning.
This was our first contract with Accenture and we are working out the bumps. There is a lot of work that was transitioned that, in hindsight, we perhaps should have held back for a longer time. These are the more judgmental areas that require strategic thinking and analysis. This is not Accenture's forte and we have struggled with having the right skill levels in place.
