Their Leadership in Sales and Solutioning work well in tandem with their Transition and Service Delivery teams to deliver an outstanding service at great value. They take time to understand our needs as a client and work in partnership and collaboration with us to address them.

Overall EXL is achieving all-time best results for the assigned services. They maintain a focus on transformation, automation, and analytics but have limited significant tangible value adding benefits achieved to date.

Over the past 4 years we have had a mixed experience with the provider. Aspects of this were borne from challenging internal processes which the provider had potentially underestimated the complexity of. Reporting on service provision was a challenge but has improved over time. Transformation ideas have been many but not game-changing. Service delivery quality has peaks and troughs but we are now stable and able to see a positive future partnership.

Infosys is a true partner, flexible and thinking along with the Transformation process.

Our company started using their services starting 2023-24 fiscal year, and it has been below par. Transition happened too fast, and quality was not there in the end

TCS has provided excellent services for the tasks they own. They operate as though they are our partners and team members, not like they are an outside service organization. They take pride in their work product and strive to provide high-quality support in the activities they perform. We have continued to ask TCS to take on more activities based on the strength of their team.

Overall a positive experience working with Sutherland, they are adaptive, focus on learning and using that information to improve upon processes unlike other vendors who transfer work and never optimize it. The team I work with are professional and a pleasure to engage with whether it be for a QBR, process improvement review or a customer complaint. Their approach to challenges is refreshing, where problem-solving is the priority not attributing blame to others or an incomplete DLP.
