We transitioned our services during a difficult period (peak Covid lock down). The provider was very flexible in their approach and went to great lengths to organise a seemly transition. This flexibility has been appreciated throughout our relationship allowing us to flex up when we have acquired new businesses and to flex down when we have had to refine our service catalogue.
Integrity - Wipro exhibits integrity in their daily activities and it is reflected in the integrity of their services. Value Add - Wipro is consistently looking for process improvements and new KPI's. Service Leadership - The team leadership for the Wipro accounts payable team is outstanding! Under their leadership, the team handles our account with great care and accuracy.

Service delivery standards have ebbed and flowed at times. That said, we have now reached a more stable state. More due diligence work up front may have allowed the provider to better scale their service provision staffing requirements. Transformation initiatives have not always met expectations in terms of their feasibility or in terms of delivery with more support than anticipated having had to be given. Expectations on the provider's ability to drive standardisation were perhaps higher than proved to be the case.
