Transition was smooth and well managed by both parties. Documentation was completed and responsibilities are clear. The service works well most of the time and BAU tasks are usually completed well. There are a few BAU tasks that are often completed incorrectly and more work needs to be done to improve business understanding and to recognise links between issues.
