Infosys staff have strong knowledge of HR and Finance process as well SAP systems and they have consistently helped customers in resolving any process/system related issues. In majority of cases our agencies rely more on Infosys feedback or support more than DCS staff and this reflects the faith and confidence that Infosys has built with our customers

Product and service are exceptional as mentioned in my previous comment. However, the billing process is very manual and time consuming that leads to numerous questions from customers and sometime can lead to unnecessary discussions. Infosys being a technology company should have introduced a better solution for real time billing data to make life easier for customers and Infosys staff.
The team is not always good about saying when they don't understand or they need help. Some errors are repeated multiple times. Communication could be better
Turnover, which I know is not completely in their control, but anything they can do to keep the stronger people would help the deliverables.
