I like both the filter and Advanced filter options, they make sourcing easier. I can migrate upto 10 profiles at a time, which saves time while working on multiple requirements. Sorting out recent active profiles from one week to 2 years is useful to get the right candidate
The job posting features are extremely effective. You can also search for fairly specific things allowing for very targeted searches for specific skills.
The Classic mode is what I like most considering its speed and simplicity. It allows quick scanning of profiles and workflows. Automation features help streamline the recruitment process.
Many inactive profiles in the career builder and too Many Old profiles I look for 10 years experience candidates but it shows profiles with lesser experience profile mismatching happens.
The search functions seem clunky and there are daily limitations on resume access. It is also pretty slow to load more often than not. In comparison to other choices, it can be viewed as pricey.
I think that the limited viewing credits can often restrict the number of candidate views per month if your a high volume recruiter. Duplicate profiles from candidates are often found on the platform which makes it sometimes difficult to locate the most recent or current record.
