I like both the filter and Advanced filter options, they make sourcing easier. I can migrate upto 10 profiles at a time, which saves time while working on multiple requirements. Sorting out recent active profiles from one week to 2 years is useful to get the right candidate

What I like most is the outreach to employees with their automated system, being able to filter for certain qualifications of applicants, and the efficiency of guiding them through the website.
Many inactive profiles in the career builder and too Many Old profiles I look for 10 years experience candidates but it shows profiles with lesser experience profile mismatching happens.
Old school system, not widely used compared to other platforms
The main issues are cost effectiveness, the inconsistent integration with other 3rd party sites candidates can apply too, and the limited access and consistent outdated profiles.
