CareerBuilder Talent Discovery product rate is lower when compared to other products like Monster and Dice. Career Builder Boolean search and filter options help to to find the right candidates. When compared to other platforms, the filtering process requires manually entering the employer details, which can be get time consuming. If I wokered for Non IT, it helps to get the profile because most of the Non IT people use Career Builder.
Rediscovering candidates and those recently active
I like both the filter and Advanced filter options, they make sourcing easier. I can migrate upto 10 profiles at a time, which saves time while working on multiple requirements. Sorting out recent active profiles from one week to 2 years is useful to get the right candidate
In Career Builder which I most dislike, most of the candidate's contact details are not reflected for IT profiles. and very few active profiles for IT candidates. Sometimes search results take longer to load, particularly with critical Boolean searches. The Career Builder UI looks like an older version when compared to other platforms.
Old school system, not widely used compared to other platforms
Many inactive profiles in the career builder and too Many Old profiles I look for 10 years experience candidates but it shows profiles with lesser experience profile mismatching happens.
