Rediscovering candidates and those recently active
With the advent of AI, I think AI driven candidate sourcing is super helpful to line up the best matches to our job descriptions. As job descriptions can get very specific, we can further focus the type of candidates we get, ultimately speeding up hiring speed and finding many great candidates that can even fill out other roles we have, resulting in filling many more jobs very quickly! It's very easy to understand and recruiters get used to it very quickly
In Career Builder which I most dislike, most of the candidate's contact details are not reflected for IT profiles. and very few active profiles for IT candidates. Sometimes search results take longer to load, particularly with critical Boolean searches. The Career Builder UI looks like an older version when compared to other platforms.
Old school system, not widely used compared to other platforms

Also, the daily view limit is rather annoying and has been a hinderance at times.
