I have noticed that some candidate information is not reflected, Actually less number of active profiles for IT people. My Review for Career Builder
i've been using career builder for over 3 years, it's been a great experience using it as one of the sourcing platforms. Whenever we get a requirement from the client, especially on NON IT recruitement roles, i tend to use career builder as i can see many profiles for sourcing which is very helpful, i also source IT profiles from career builder, many niche profiles can be found here. With the help of filter and advanced filter options, i can source profiles as per my need. mostly recently active candidates are the ones who would be looking for a job opportunity, so i always use filter options to sort out profiles based on my convenience. it is useful for both IT and NON IT roles for sourcing, it's one of the best sourcing platforms i've used for 3+ years, and i recommend this platform for US Recruiters for sourcing good profiles.
