What we liked most about Yello was the ease of use, the compatibility with our present architecture, and its expansive database of candidates.
The talent pool can be limited since it is yet another platform, but for what it's able to provide especially in major markets, is more than ample.
It gets tricky when you have a lot of candidate applications and only want to see relevant ones. The tool is not efficient in showing most relevant profiles
A few things we disliked included some scalability issues encountered, the price point was a bit high but we settled due to the quality of the Yello offering, and some issue when engaging with schools for possible candidates.
