The campus recruiting piece. Instead of juggling clipboards, spreadsheets and follow up emails, Yello them into a streamlined branded experience. Candidates checked in digitally and i could engage with them on the spot without worrying about losing track later.

What we liked most about Yello was the ease of use, the compatibility with our present architecture, and its expansive database of candidates.
You might feel that Yello may be too much if your a small company, but it's an investment for the future and in time you do get comfortable with all the features. So once you're over that hump, it delivers!
It gets tricky when you have a lot of candidate applications and only want to see relevant ones. The tool is not efficient in showing most relevant profiles
A few things we disliked included some scalability issues encountered, the price point was a bit high but we settled due to the quality of the Yello offering, and some issue when engaging with schools for possible candidates.
