The onboarding setup for automation is complex, we spend more time in getting basic workflows running. when dealing with large candidate volume the messages getting delayed, sometimes it gets glitchy.
There is an initial learning curve associated with the automation feature.
When we transitioned from one ATS to another, there was a little bit of disconnect to get the integration back up and running quickly.
