Easy to use and extensive configurations
The fact that the product deep-dives into the application codebase and doesn't just focus on file by file analysis. Also, I LOVE the architectural views provided by the (currently) server-side thick-client capabilities.
Handling of user and campaign is a bit tricky at first

Underlying implementation of the product is difficult to stand up, get working, and resolve issues. Too much of the beneficial capabilities that app teams would like are server-side-only, thick-client capabilities (though that looks to be changing next year).
