It will force standardization within our organization, and can support full customization, whether for better or worse.
I like that there are training modules embedded in the software that you can take as needed when you need them. On-demand training is great for learning.
Maybe difficulties to adjust new version inside the minister, because they are a lots of difficults procedures
1. the enterprise UI/UX 2. user training 3. digestible reporting and historical record keeping within the system
I really don't have anything that I dislike, you can import/export to multiple applications, and it is very user friendly as well.
