My experience with ServiceNow Portfolio Management has been overall positive. The platform provides me with solid visibility into demand, priorities and portfolio health which essentially supports better governance and executive reporting to leadership. It does take time to configure, but once it's aligned with how our PMO operates, it becomes a reliable system to work with.

My overall experience with OnePlan has been positive. The main reason behind my rating is that it does improve visibility and collaboration across teams. It has helped us manage priorities more effectively and maintain better alignment between planning and execution. What has worked for me is the centralized dashboard, which makes it easier to monitor progress and make informed decisions. What hasn't worked for me is that some features felt complex at first.

Overall the experience has been positive, this program has a solid and reliable solution for project and portfolio management, the configurability and reporting capabilities are valuable especially for complex organizations. The program offers strong capabilities for resource management and financial tracking, which supports better decision making and planning. Its scalable solution for enterprises needs. There needs to be some improvements for user interface and learning curves about the program. The team was very supportive during the initial stage and helped us to get better trained on the programs and how to use it and make best of the time and efforts maximize get better end results, with proper configuration and user training it delivers great value and reliable performance.

We have been using Shibumi for several years now as our Strategic Portfolio Management tool. The great thing about Shibumi's SPM capabilities is that you can do SPM the way YOU want to do SPM. If your organization is maturing into the SPM mindset, it is a big culture change and you can phase in processes and functionality at the speed that your organization can absorb it. If you are relatively mature in your SPM needs and framework, Shibumi can be configured to support those ways of working. We have configured a priority scoring approach within the tool that improves upon the spreadsheet approach we had been using previously. We used familiar concepts, terminology and visualizations for the organization. We did the same with a risk assessment framework. With Shibumi, we are now in a position that we can put Strategic Portfolio Management "at the center" of our business operations as we continue to progress in PMI's Portfolio Management Maturity Model.

The overall experience with Clarity has been positive, especially for organizations managing large scale projects. The platform offers robust functionally for portfolio and project management, providing clear visibility into resources, financials and timelines. Its powerful reporting capabilities and customization options make it a reliable tool for strategic planning and decision making. While there are some flaws in learning curve and the user interface could had been better. While the interface can feel complex initially, the depth of features becomes valuable once the user is familiar with it. But its capacity for large and complex projects make it great for project and portfolio management.

The support team went above and beyond to make sure the deployment went smoothly. We did not have any issues but it was reassuring to knoe they were there.

I like this product because, as an OC person, I like everything organized and in one place. This platform is such a helpful tool to use if you have a set of portfolios in the business. For example, I work in a cleaning company with different services offered, and this platform helped me to manage everything.

I feel that I am treated as though I am their only client.
