The product allows clear project management and a we see a good communication between Planisware and us, if we have any problems with the application. The communication between our TMA and them are also good !

It will force standardization within our organization, and can support full customization, whether for better or worse.

We really like the configurability of the software and Planisware's ability to adapt to our use case without wholesale changes to the product nor customized code.

Maybe difficulties to adjust new version inside the minister, because they are a lots of difficults procedures

1. the enterprise UI/UX 2. user training 3. digestible reporting and historical record keeping within the system

Our ERP integration took longer than envisioned and we experienced some data quality issues that had to be worked through. We had to work through some personnel changes that caused some delay as the original lead who knew our business case the best was out for an extended period. However, Planisware did commit to providing other technical support and treated us fairly.
