it provides a comprehensive set of tools for managing IT portfolios and enterprise architecture., it can be really helpful in keeping everything organized.
I like how it can map applications that control our operations and allow us to see where we have areas that need improvement or areas that are operating as expected. It also gives us insight into where we may need improvements in certain IT programs.
It feels overly complicated to new users. Also, the user interface feels a bit dated when compared to modern SAAS tools. Customization is possible, however, it is very resource intensive.
It is difficult to use. the interface is complicated and it takes a lot of time to figure out how things work.
The program's purpose relies heavily on daily use and decision making and does not leverage predictive modeling.

The best of all is that they are integrated into a single platform that enables collaborations & create synergy between the portfolio/ product management team & EA team. SAG provides us with a great customer success focal who is very experienced, very responsive & know how of the product. The Alfabet Ver 11 is definitely a game changer for them especially on the major improvement in the UI/UX. I like the flexibility & comprehensiveness of the tools that allow us to start small and scale accordingly.
