What I like most about about open text ppm is how it brings everything in one place i.e projects, resources, timelines and reporting.its really useful for getting a clear view of what is happening across teams without having to chase multiple spreadsheets or any other tools.The dashboards and workflow automation save a lot of manual effort and help keep everyone aligned.
It is user friendly, it has advanced integration feasibilities, it provides a wide range of workflows
Scalability for Large enterprises is a requirement for our team, and it handles the workload easily (over 1,000 users). The portfolio-management lens separates this platform from the pack. Finally, they are not resting on their laurels but continue to upgrade the UI.
The main thing I dislike about the Open Text PPM is that the interface feels a bit dated and very intutive. It can take some time to find what you are looking for, especially for new users. Also, certain reports and configurations require more manual setup than expected. Once you get used to it it works fine but the initial learning curve is definitely noticeable.
There are multiple customization limitations. They can improve on their reporting and analytics by supporting customized data driven decisions.
As with many enterprise-ready platforms, setup and configuration is a big lift. Along this same tangent, customization is not consistent throughout the modules.
