What I like most about about open text ppm is how it brings everything in one place i.e projects, resources, timelines and reporting.its really useful for getting a clear view of what is happening across teams without having to chase multiple spreadsheets or any other tools.The dashboards and workflow automation save a lot of manual effort and help keep everyone aligned.
It is user friendly, it has advanced integration feasibilities, it provides a wide range of workflows
Powerful document management, decent compliance features, audit trails and versioning. Integrates well with many other ecosystems like MS, SAP, etc. We also like the scalability potential
The main thing I dislike about the Open Text PPM is that the interface feels a bit dated and very intutive. It can take some time to find what you are looking for, especially for new users. Also, certain reports and configurations require more manual setup than expected. Once you get used to it it works fine but the initial learning curve is definitely noticeable.
There are multiple customization limitations. They can improve on their reporting and analytics by supporting customized data driven decisions.
Customization complexity and that sometimes we noticed slowness, probably due to performance lags with large documents or data
