Capacity planning has given us the ability to forecast without guesswork and allows us to scale as needed without either overcommitting resources or under committing. Combine this with the fact Clarity gives us real time reporting, we are not surprised by anything. Our process flow is smooth, consistent and predictable.
Customizing and flexibility to implement new functions and workflows
The tool's ability to handle hybrid delivery models. Works great OOTB with minimal customization, did need a thorough configuration that we expected. The reporting interface is good, but there is room for improvement there.
There is definitely a learning curve to some of the features but Broadcom does offer training and I do with the mobile app have a little more functionality (compared to the desktop suite). Clarity is solid all around.
The solution needs lots of DB ressources and seems to be limited to Microsoft SQL. The UI is not very user-friendly, i.e. it is confusing and sometimes shows too much fields and functions within dialog steps.
The contracting terms with Broadcom can be hard, I would recommend using an intermediary to get your licensing and SLAs from

I think the thing that best sums up our experience is a quote from the Clarity website "Where did all the money go?". With a sales CRM, a project management tool and each department siloed, the job of managing everything either comes down to one very stressed out person with a fifty tab spreadsheet or a tool like Clarity that handles all the heavy lifting and gives you a clear idea of where everything is.
