Our team likes a lot of aspects related to the comprehensive portfolio and project management capabilities, specifically for planning, prioritization and complex management of multiple projects. 1. I particularly like the way this platform allows Clear Visibility into resource allocation, budget and cost per project; 2. Dashboards and Reports are highly configurable and both executives and Project Managers can easily find actionable insights that speed up projects and improve efficiency, minimizing costs; 3. Scalability is another important aspect, and I like the way it it scales easily to manage large amounts of data and users across enterprise deployments

I used this feature to create dynamic roadmaps aligned with the strategy and business direction of my fast-growing site. For example, my team recently planned a major enterprise suite launch along with major software release timelines, aligning this with market forces and top OEM customers using its key drag-and-drop feature. This helped us visualize timelines, priorities and urgencies. We were very impressed.

1. Clarity is very powerful, but it requires significant training and change management for business users to fully adopt. New users might find the interface overwhelming. 2. While the platform is highly configurable, we found advanced customizations to be difficult and time consuming. 3. The UI is functional, but not as sleek or intuitive as newer SaaS tools.
Read Full ReviewThe solution needs lots of DB ressources and seems to be limited to Microsoft SQL. The UI is not very user-friendly, i.e. it is confusing and sometimes shows too much fields and functions within dialog steps.

For example, during our team planning sprints, we were held back and limited in our ability to truly excel ahead of the curve, given Clarity lacked the built-in grooming and story-level controls.

Clarity Offers Robust Project Management But Complexity Hinders First-Time User Experience
Clarity is a good software solution.. it helps managing a number of different project management functions in one platform. It's so robust it tends to work better with that will often have more complex aspects to them and require a bit of oversight. I think for smaller projects there would be better options to fit in. I think the thing that best sums up our experience is a quote from the Clarity website "Where did all the money go?". With a sales CRM, a project management tool and each department siloed, the job of managing everything either comes down to one very stressed out person with a fifty tab spreadsheet or a tool like Clarity that handles all the heavy lifting and gives you a clear idea of where everything is. Clarity Enhances Data Analysis but Interface Can Be Difficult to Navigate Initially
We really enjoy using Clarity to evaluate users. I'd say my experience has been very positive, We were facing a serious problem of not being able to visualize what users were doing with tool, and this pain was becoming a major problem when compared to the development time on things we weren't sure about. That's when we found this tool, and everything was solved.
