Review of Certero- truly exceptional product and service.
Certero has been pivotal to our company as a supplier, and has greatly supported the organisation as we mature and develop our data, technology, people and processes when it comes to Asset Management. The level of insight Certero has been able to provide to our company into our Asset Management position is exceptional, along with Licensing compliance positions, recommendations to reduce risk, optimization opportunities to allow us to run cost saving exercises. Their in-house Licensing specialists play a key part to our success and maturity as an organisation in the way that they have been able to support us throughout our engagements. - IT AssociateGov't/PS/EdGovernmentReview Source
Adaptable reporting and helpful customer care
We use Certero as our primary platform for IT Asset Management, software compliance and reporting. It has proven to be a reliable and effective solution. It provides a centralised view of our estate, which has helped improve data accuracy and reduce reliance on manual processes and spreadsheets. We can see that the platform is continuing to evolve which shows that there is a clear investment and interest in moving the platform in a direction of ongoing improvement and enhanced capabilities. - Marketing Associate10B+ USDConsumer GoodsReview Source
Strong Oracle license visibility tool that requires expert handling
Certero for Oracle has given us much better visibility and control over our Oracle estate - especially around licensing. However, it's a tool that really needs proper setup and ownership to get full value. - Manager of IT Services1B-10B USDManufacturingReview Source
Modern interface and clear licensing data improve confidence in SAM, Great Partnership really easy to company to work with.
Working with Certero was a very pleasant experience during product evaluation all the way to negotiation and finally implementation. Post Implementation Certero has provided us with valuable post live support, and have built a pretty solid partnership with our organisation in this short period of time. - Sccm Administrator10B+ USDIT ServicesReview Source
Oracle Usage Insights Useful but UI and Configuration Issues Persist
We use Certero for Oracle mainly for license tracking in our environment (~200+ servers, mix of Windows/Linux, some Oracle DB workloads). Setup was not too hard, but getting accurate data took some time. Once the agents and scans were stable, it started providing useful visibility around Oracle usage.
