The biggest strength is the detailed visibility into Oracle usage and licensing positions. This helps reduce risk and gives confidence ahead of audits. The dashboards are clear and make it easier to understand complex licensing metrics. I also like the automation of data collection across servers and environments, which removes a lot of manual effort. The reporting features are strong as well, especially when preparing internal reviews or audit responses.
platform is user friendly which is important to all businesses when rolling out.
Helps in understanding actual Oracle usage vs what's installed. We found a few servers where the Oracle binaries we represent but not really used. reports are useful during audits, at least gives some base instead of manual tracking.
The initial configuration can be quite technical and requires experienced resources. The interface isn't the most modern or intuitive for new users. It can also take time to interpret some of the more complex licensing reports if you're not familiar with Oracle's rules. In some cases, integration with other asset management tools requires extra work.
one of the main weakness is speed. another would be it lags, a lot of this might be size of database.
Data accuracy depends a lot on configuration. If scans or agents miss something, reports become confusing. UI is not very friendly and takes time to understand where to check what.
