Adaptable reporting and helpful customer care
We use Certero as our primary platform for IT Asset Management, software compliance and reporting. It has proven to be a reliable and effective solution. It provides a centralised view of our estate, which has helped improve data accuracy and reduce reliance on manual processes and spreadsheets. Oracle Usage Insights Useful but UI and Configuration Issues Persist
We use Certero for Oracle mainly for license tracking in our environment (~200+ servers, mix of Windows/Linux, some Oracle DB workloads). Setup was not too hard, but getting accurate data took some time. Once the agents and scans were stable, it started providing useful visibility around Oracle usage.
