I wish they were faster to market with Artificial Intelligence add ons or changes in their tools.

Reports are complicated to create, there are multiple steps to find information that could be simplified, you can't discard anything if you make an error.

The overall experience has been amazing and very fulfilling, as we are a global organization, quite complex with several Business Units that are both wholly owned as well as Joint Venture partners. We wanted a platform that is able to give us a financial picture at micro as well as macro level. We are able to do the reporting of all Group companies as one organization which was hitherto not easy, and involved our employees from Finance and Accounts to work beyond extended hours and in multiple time zones- that also resulted in attrition. Certina ERP Cloud has fixed all these issues . Moreover, flexibility feature is worth mentioning, as it caters to our evolving business needs where mergers and acquisitions are routine.
