1. The phishing and malware detection is very accurate, it catches most of the risky emails before they even reach the inbox. 2. Integration with Office 365 and other collaboration tools was straightforward and didn't require much downtime. 3. The dashboard is clean and gives clear visibility of all the email threats in real-time. 4. Support and updates are timely, which keeps the system running smoothly. and lastly, 5. It gives peace of mind that our users' emails are being constantly monitored and protected.

Great set of robust features: Email filtering does an amazing job at protecting our users from phishing attacks by automatically catching malicious links and phishing attempts. I am very impressed by its ability to detect even plain text phishing attempts with no hyperlinks. DLP is also very nuanced and allows precise data sets to be configured so we can set policies for different departments based on their needs and workflows.

The only area where I feel some improvement is needed is the reporting and log loading time, sometimes it takes a bit longer to fetch detailed analytics. Also, the pricing could be slightly more flexible for smaller organizations. Apart from that, I haven't faced any serious issues so far.

- Too many false negatives and false positives. - Although there is a lot of text on every email I most often do not understand Check Point's decision when it comes to false positives and negatives. - The email transport chain is of no use. It shows that all emails are being routed over the US East Coast. Some emails are not even leaving the East Coast. While we are located in Europe.

We've had some issues with Admin notifications and user account MFA being reset without reason. We need to ensure that we are being notified about certain events, so this can sometimes get in the way by making the admin have to set up their account again.
