really like how it adds an additional layer of security without getting in the way, it catches threats in emails and shared files before they become a threat for us, and it works smoothly with tools like outlook and teams. makes everything feel safer without slowing things down
The only area where I feel some improvement is needed is the reporting and log loading time, sometimes it takes a bit longer to fetch detailed analytics. Also, the pricing could be slightly more flexible for smaller organizations. Apart from that, I haven't faced any serious issues so far.
- Too many false negatives and false positives. - Although there is a lot of text on every email I most often do not understand Check Point's decision when it comes to false positives and negatives. - The email transport chain is of no use. It shows that all emails are being routed over the US East Coast. Some emails are not even leaving the East Coast. While we are located in Europe.
Sometimes it feels a bit too strict and flags things that are safe. It also takes a little time to get used to the settings and how everything works together. Not a big issue, but it can slow things down when you need to adjust something quickly.
