Checkr's support and implementation team are oustanding. From the moment I was connected with them, it was evident that they were going to be great partners. They were kind, understanding, and treated our complexities of our organization with ease. We have integrated this with our ATS Vendor iCIMS and the team has done this several times and it was seamless. As an Administrator of the system, I was skeptical that it was so easy to connect. My involvement in setting up the connection was minimal - almost concerning at how easy it was. Our account team is great, but the support team we have to work with to setup via their website is not so great. We use an onsite drug screening vendor and Checkr support has to setup their logins and time and time again, they don't do it right, close our ticket and don't read the request. It's a bit frustrating. On the flip side, we chose Checkr due to their fair chance hiring setup that helps automate a lot of the background checks that may have been flagged previously, but due to fair chance practices, we were able to setup to allow them to proceed through the background check process without delay. As a high volume hiring company, this has saved us hours and hours of time not having to review these.
