The best feature is the user interface allowing easy navigating between the different phases of each applicant.

Support quality is amazing. Customer service answers all the questions and help us in all the way possible. Very easy to use. It is fast.

They are quick in response and in their work.

There are still restrictions with using GoodHire when scaling up your small business, but they seem to be working on fixing up the flaws.

Only 2 options, basic and standard. They should add customized option. Few times emails go unanswered. They should update periodic information if there is no update for 2-3 days. You cant escalate.
