The ease of use of the platform, the nice user interface, and the ability for this to so seamlessly connect to ATS systems such as iCIMS is a HUGE highlight.
Multiple types of background checks are available to meet different clients specific needs. There is a fast turnaround usually a few days to get checks back. The process has been easy for the clients that we send the checks too. I like that we have the ability to do the background ourself in office also.
I really like their pricing and their UI! Also the fact that we only use one tool to run criminal background checks across numerous countries vs having to rely on local lawyer firms for each.
For high volume multi-company hiring, there are a lot of areas for improvement that Checkr can make. Many screens only show 5-10 items. Searching can be a bit painful and the invoice screen is not searchable or filterable at all. We have voices all of these items to our Account Manager for improvement but we have yet to see much done about this.
My main issue is just the accuracy issues we have been dealing with. The issues have caused a few customers to use their own software because ours hasn't been reliable. Results sometimes coming back clear in literally seconds
Nothing, really! It does what we need it to do at very competitive pricing and with great UI

Checkr's support and implementation team are oustanding. From the moment I was connected with them, it was evident that they were going to be great partners. They were kind, understanding, and treated our complexities of our organization with ease. We have integrated this with our ATS Vendor iCIMS and the team has done this several times and it was seamless. As an Administrator of the system, I was skeptical that it was so easy to connect. My involvement in setting up the connection was minimal - almost concerning at how easy it was. Our account team is great, but the support team we have to work with to setup via their website is not so great. We use an onsite drug screening vendor and Checkr support has to setup their logins and time and time again, they don't do it right, close our ticket and don't read the request. It's a bit frustrating. On the flip side, we chose Checkr due to their fair chance hiring setup that helps automate a lot of the background checks that may have been flagged previously, but due to fair chance practices, we were able to setup to allow them to proceed through the background check process without delay. Best pricing I've seen for background checks combined with great UI
We moved to Checkr because they offer a better UI than other platforms we've used before, but most importantly better pricing and we haven't looked back!
