The dashboard and customer adoption control are weak and hinder the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Integration with other platforms is very limited. The inability to work with contacts across multiple accounts without affecting or mixing account histories is a limitation that hinders day-to-day operations.

I like the integration with our ticketing software. We are able to link support tickets directly into ChurnZero and get a real pulse on the client. Having a live ChurnScore to be able to quickly identify the highest risk clients has been a game-changer. I also like the customizability of the dashboard.
