Their efficient user management, assistance in suggesting approaches for cost savings and helping us streamline processes is what I like most about their service.

Invoices are managed more easily through the system. Staff can view costs through the portal instead of having to request info from the finance department.

The product is fairly easy to use and maintain, and can be customized for the needs of the user, which is great!

I have no complaints about their services, but it is important to note that your company needs to be proactive to achieve results. While Cimpl offers valuable suggestions and oversight, achieving your goals requires effort on your part. Our objective was to gain better oversight and understand how resources were being used, which enabled us to optimize our plans and eliminate unused devices.

There is still a learning curve with the portal and fixing discrepancies can be time consuming for staff. It would have been nice in the beginning to have a job aid. The online session got scheduled a bit too early. The help option on the website is detailed but it's too much info all at once.

Any issues I have had in the past have been addressed by the team and resolved.
