The Cisco Spaces platform comes out-of-the-box leveraging the existing Wi-Fi infrastructure without the need of any additions or complex configurations.
Things that I liked about the product or service are: - Earlier we had a very poor notification system, but now with the help of the product we are able to cater to the students as soon as they enter our institution through a real time notification system - We're able to bifurcate students based on course preferences, peak visit times, their study habits etc. - The integration with other CRM tools is quite easy
Facilities Management Monitoring and technology is an emergency market and requires thought leadership, but the data and insights it can provide helps customers get over that initial objection with their own clients

Things that I dislike most about the product or service: - It doesn't provide direct insights (or AI insights) as other competitor products - It is not very effective in rural or remote areas - It's maintenance requires continuous IT support
