While using CloudAlly, I liked mostly the ability to restore individual files, emails, or entire accounts without overwriting existing data, which is also very useful. It also has the benefit of automated daily backups and unlimited retention feature which helps us to reduce more efforts and hectic processes of backup and restore.

There are no major points to say which I mostly dislike of CloudAlly product. I would just like to share some small points which can improve this product more, the user interface for this product needs to be worked on more or need some focus to improve. Compared to new and other products, I can say CloudAlly needs to improve its design, while its functional, navigating through settings or reports are older.

The speed of restore while backup is slow and the pricing is also high but not over the budget and the backup frequency
