My overall experience with Apigee has been quite positive, especially for building and managing APIs at scale. The platform is robust, secure, and integrates well within the broader Google Cloud ecosystem. We were able to standardize our API lifecycle, improve monitoring, and enforce policies effectively. However, the learning curve is steep for new users, and initial setup can feel complex without prior experience. Pricing is also on the higher side compared to some alternatives, which can be a concern for smaller teams or startups.

The platform uses AI to discover shadow and zombie API's , monitor traffic in real time and block attacks from top global threats. Deployment was even straightforward with agent less.
