Overall, my experience with ShipWise has been very positive for our shipping workflow. We send out around 2,000 packages a year, mostly lighter parcels, and it helps keep that volume organized without adding extra manual steps. Once it was set up, creating labels, checking rates, and moving orders through shipping became a routine process instead of something we had to think about each time. It’s been reliable for day-to-day use and helps keep shipments moving out the door without a lot of extra oversight.

We worked with a customer who had Teklynx Central installed at their central warehouse, our role was to integrate product data and label jobs from our retail back-office system. The platform has been very stable. Once the initial templates and data mappings are configured, the day-to-day operations require very little manual work.

In the initial review, it demonstrated capabilities aligned with the requirements, and the template approach helped visualize how it would fit. It fulfills the essentials, but falls short due to the operational effort required to keep it properly optimized.
