The main reason for selecting Cognizant was that it met the specific needs of a large transit agency with multiple unions. The Cognizant team has experienced and certified functional leads in each area of the HCM cloud implementation - Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, and Payroll.
Some identity loss from their migration from Collaborative Solutions into Cognizant.
Well, mostly on the service part, Implementation, installation and after Sales Service
Would have liked to see Cognizant embed AI in certain areas. I think that may be forthcoming.
