The product is good but the implementation part was not satisfactory. Product capability is exceptional in comparison to their counterparts.

At the start of the project the relationship between Cognizant & the SAP ECS wasn't as strong. In order to resolve this issue it required additional intervention from our internal team. As the project moved along this was resolved and all teams were insych and operating as one.
