ConnectWise PSA - easy to learn, hard to master.
ConnectWise's PSA is a powerful tool, no doubt about that, but it is, however, difficult to master. Initial setup will take a while to get all the customer details entered and correctly linked together and your various fields created, along with options such as Boards, Statuses, Types, Subtypes and Items, but once these are created the software is very usable.
