Conversica is excellent in many ways, the automation capability to send follow-up emails to prospects is a great and time saving feature for the sales team resulting in better sales and conversions. Ability to generate detailed reports related to follow-up activities and lead engagement is exceptional, the reports are truly insightful and have helped us optimize our sales efforts.
it has a bit of a sales centric bias
Some automated responses feel repetitive or overly scripted, fine-tuning messaging can require more trial and error than expected and certain configuration options aren't as intuitive as they can be.
Customer support could be improved, apart from that nothing to dislike so far. Overall, it is an excellent platform.
