I like the simplicity of the product and its features. No fuss about complicating the task of marketing teams. One can get started with minimum effort and time. The time saved per week is a massive plus.
It is pretty simple to use, the GUI is good and you can maneuver around it well.
What my team truly likes is the auto-posting and how it allows us to set up our posts at scheduled times, ensuring our content goes live on time. CoSchedule gives us the social media presence we are looking for with very little manual effort.
The ability to add more accounts of the same social media platform would be helpful and also bringing in more social media channels like Reddit would be nice. Reddit is challenging platform but a good to have.
There are too many features for me to utilise, would be easier if it was simpler. I can justify pricing because of this.
One of the challenges with this platform is that it can be costly compared to some of the other platforms depending. Another challenge is the integration of some of the lesser known niche social networks which may lead to some manual submission. Lastly, some new users might find some of the features complicated and worry the learning curve may be difficult.
