See Full DiscussionWe are about to start a tender process for this and going to attempt to use the Buy Smart functionality. We also have a SAP based architecture for our ERP however it is unlikely we will go with Ariba mainly based on cost and complexity.

Improve spend visibility with a structured, reliable platform.
Our overall experience with Coupa has been quite stable and productive. The platform has helped us streamline procurement and expense tracking with better visibility across departments. Coupa has worked well for us in automation, approvals and invoice matching, which reduces manual efforts significantly. However, In the initial implementation phase required more time and coordination than expected, epically when integrated with our existing system. Once stabilized, the system has been reliable and easy for end users to adopt.
