During our vendor selection process, we experienced an open and honest dialogue about product capabilities and our feature requirements. The Coveo team then delivered strong support in architecture mapping and customization to meet our wants and needs. Today, Coveo is integrated as our public search hub for support needs, and users (customers and support agents) benefit from our entire public knowledge base being searchable and served in one place. Our weekly check-ins with the Coveo team give us the opportunity to continuously improve the solution, and the Customer Support & Success Team is always available to provide support on ad hoc maintenance or operations challenges requiring immediate attention.
