What we like most about Creatio Studio is its flexibility, usability, and strong support for process automation. First, the low-code approach makes it much easier to configure and adapt workflows without heavy development effort. Second, the platform offers extensive customization capabilities, which allows us to align it well with our business needs. Third, it provides a clear and structured environment for managing processes, which improves visibility and collaboration across teams. We also appreciate its scalability and the fact that it can support both simple and more advanced use cases.
I would love to see support be more agile and flexible, but this very common issue is tempered greatly with the right integrator. The costs associated with heavy AI usage inside the system have the possibility of becoming prohibitive, but again, that is an industry-wide issue, and again, tempered heavily with the right dashboard and report set-ups.

There is very little to dislike about Creatio Studio. As with any powerful platform, new users may need some time to fully explore all capabilities, especially in more advanced scenarios. In some cases, having even more out-of-the-box guidance for specific use cases could make onboarding faster. However, these are relatively minor points compared to the overall value, flexibility, and functionality the platform provides.
