Their AI is very helpful, you can tell it what you need as well as offering suggestions. It is very easy to use, especially for individuals who are not coders. The configuration tools are helpful and easy to use as well.
Love how we can shape the tool to mathc our processes.
There feels like there is a gap in between the Marketplace offerings as it doesn't sit with either Ceatio or with the Vendor who built the integration. We've really struggled with 2 examples.
Set up is kind of quirky. It could be a little clearer in some places on instruction. Layout can be a bit frustrating.
The initial configuration it's not time-saving at all, but afterwards it pays off.
